yes thats healthy. but you should eat breakfast like a king lunch like a prince & dinner like a begger.. eating alot of breakfast like a slice of toast a bowl of cereal and apple and orange.. or what ever fruit you fancy and glass of fruit juice or smoothie will keep you awake all day, lunch is too help you along the way and only a small amount of dinner so its easier too digest before you go too sleep otherwise it cant digest and you will be gaining wait
