Call of duty 4 mission and transformers 3 scene look alike? ?

In call of duty 4 there is a mission called "One shot, one kill". The one with the farris wheel, snow, school, and radiation. Where your partner gets injured from the helicopter then you hold the enemies off. Well towards the beginning of transformers 3 there's a scene EXACTLY like it! Or I think so. It's when you first see that worm snake type robot. Does anyone see it too? Did they mean for this to happen?
